We met Martina and Marek in the autumn of 2022. They were just starting to plan their wedding and didn’t even have a venue, so we dove into a list of requirements for what their wedding venue should meet. We were either heading very far north or to the Carlsbad region, possibly somewhere in between, considering both fiancés’ families. While I didn’t immediately spill specific location ideas off my sleeve, we agreed that we’d start looking and let each other know the results at our next meeting. Martina was a little skeptical about whether we would find a place in these parts that she liked.

So I excitedly told her about how we had just been in contact with our other couple the week before, we were also starting to pick a place and how it had come together nicely. That I had just been in touch with the owner of Ořechový dvůr in South Bohemia half an hour before our first meeting about the fact that they still had dates available, and promised to keep her in mind with potential candidates. And that right after that, our Terez and Zdenda came and described the requirements for the place, which “Ořecháč” exactly matched. After our visit the very next day we immediately confirmed the place, it was just meant to be.

Well, Martina was obviously so interested in this story of mine that she didn’t give up, they went to Ořecháč too and even though it was farther for all of the families than originally planned, they chose their wedding date there too. So we started planning the other components and suppliers of the day. From our catalogue of photographers we just added Kata, and Martina and Marek were the first to see this version of the catalogue, they chose her. Such lovely matches and coincidences, I knew we were in for a lovely weekend with them.

The wedding weekend itself we were lucky enough to have beautiful May weather. Combined with the wonderful families of both of our “eM´s” and their friends, the whole day was a relaxed atmosphere, happy mood and we just had a really great time with them.

And what did Martina and Mark write about us?

Terka and Lucka took care of our wonderful wedding day, which thanks to them we could enjoy to the fullest, in peace and we did not have to worry about anything. So did our guests. The whole wedding planning process was actually terribly fun and stress-free for us, thanks to the know-how and great attitude of the super nice team for Love. We were also very happy to entrust Terka with the preparation of all the printed materials, including the announcements, as well as the decoration of the entire wedding venue and the floral arrangements.
